If milkcrate was at fault for the issue, yes.

Yes but you would have to cover shipping. Refund would be issued once order comes back to me.
"Can I cancel an order?"
Yes, so long as the order has not been shipped yet.
"How long does it take to ship?"
Unless stated otherwise (Typically for the rare Preorders) all orders will be shipped out on the monday or tuesday after it's purchased.
